Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve

Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve is located in the Snake River Plain, in Blaine, Butte, Lincoln, Minidoka, and Power counties, in central Idaho, United States. The monument preserves one of the best-preserved volcanic flood basalt areas in the continental United States.
